New Addition to the Portfolio Section

I’ve added a new section to the Portfolio page titled Works in Progress. In this section you will be able to see how my drawings and paintings develop from start to finish.

I’ve recently completed my first self portrait in oils. This was definitely a test in patience!

It’s been a while….

I haven’t had much time these days to update my site. Ever since the exhibition in May, things have been rather hectic! Commissioned paintings, moving house and life in general have taken over.

I’ve discovered oil paints and have fallen in love! This medium is definitely a lesson with patience. The first two paintings were very frustrating but the process has been educational and the freedom of “just trying this out” has been fun 🙂

Here are some pieces that I’ve worked on these past few months. My next post will feature my oil paintings.
